Eligibility & Process

• To be recommended by District Rehabilitation Officer.
• Disability should be more than 40%.
• Allowed to travel Point-to-Point [i.e.] from residence to hospital / Educational Institutions / Work place.
• One attendant is allowed to travel with Intellectually-Disabled person.
• Pass processed through online via e-sevai portal (https://www.tnesevai.tn.gov.in/citizen/portallogin.aspx)
• Original pass Issued through e-sevai to be produced while on travelling as well as checking.
